Our Story
At Haynest, our love for the land and animals is a family story.
We are two brothers, farmers in the south of France, who took over the family farm 10 years ago — a legacy passed down for more than 40 years.
For years, we’ve produced premium-quality hay in large bales, mainly for stables, equestrian centers, and even some zoos. Today, with this expertise and a know-how passed down through generations, we’ve decided to launch Haynest: a brand dedicated to small herbivorous pets.
Our mission?
To offer your companions (rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas...) natural, healthy, and tasty nutrition, straight from our fields.

📦 Do you deliver everywhere in Europe?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times vary between 2 and 7 business days depending on your location.
🌿 Where does your hay come from?
Our hay is primarily harvested on our family farm in the south of France. We occasionally use trusted suppliers with equally high-quality products. We produce AOP Crau hay and alfalfa, among other products.
🐰 Which animals is your hay suitable for?
Our feed is suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and all other small pet herbivores.
♻️ Is your hay 100% natural?
Absolutely. Our hay is sun-dried, pesticide- and additive-free. It comes from sustainable agriculture.
❌ Can I return a product?
For health reasons, opened bags of hay cannot be returned. Contact us if you have any concerns.
